Dave Robininson's Nova Scotian roots are obvious as soon as you meet him, and even more so in the way he treats each and every RemovAll client. On top of extensive environmental experience, Dave brings a professional demeanor, honest approach, and ability to put people at ease, no matter the situation.
Summer’s focus on the customer experience is a huge reason why RemovAll has such a positive reputation in Victoria: a remediation team doing it right. Her phenomenal work ethic — she once had a fully functioning office setup on her hospital bed table while undergoing treatment at Vancouver General Hospital — is matched only by her ability to create a positive experience, even if it's in a negative situation.
Jahna Hyder started with RemovAll in 2015, bringing her field experience in hazardous waste management and demolitions, and leadership skills to help us deliver an exceptional experience. As the operations manager, Jahna takes care of the behind-the-scenes operations that make the on-site work look seamless.
Steven MacDonald is our lead estimator and brings an ideal blend of real-world experience and professional education to our team. His knowledge of the technical aspects of housebuilding gives us the unique ability to accurately determine where hidden hazards are, as well as what an effective clean up might take. With Steven, there's no guesswork, so our clients know that when we're done, we've taken care of all of their concerns.
We strive to provide a positive customer experience throughout every stage of every job, but there's a good chance you might not see our faces. Even before the pandemic, much of our communication was done over the phone and by email, and when our crews are on-site working on your remediation or abatement, they're wearing personal-protection equipment to keep them safe.
